How to submit a request
Send an email to super@trivstartup.com using the subject line “Data Deletion Request.”
Provide only the information necessary for us to identify and review the request. Do not send passwords, access tokens or sensitive financial information.
What happens next
Each request is reviewed to confirm identity, determine the relevant scope and identify the information associated with the interaction. Additional verification may be required to protect personal information from unauthorized requests.
Depending on the applicable context, information may be deleted or anonymized. Aggregated information that does not identify an individual may be preserved for operational integrity, security and reporting.
